Never used readiness score, didn’t even know it existed before the latest update. I thought it was new? Anyway, the app keeps saying to wear my device for seven more days. It’s definitely been more than seven days. I look at the data and I have no scores whatsoever. Do I need to turn something on somewhere? Or is this just not functional?

Just tried the 'fixes' mentioned previously. I have a few random entries in the "Month" view but that's it. Otherwise, nothing. And now, no longer logging sleep either! Definitely some issue with this feature!

Have you updated your Fitbit app to the latest version, 4.32? You can check your version number by tapping your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit and tap on Help. Your current app version will show on that page.
If you already have version 4.32, you could try clearing the cache & data from the Fitbit app on your phone to see if that will help. Just to let you know, when you clear the data/storage for the app on your phone, you will need to log back into the app.

As I said I’m running 4.32. Cleared cache and data from phone and still have the problem. Please explain clearing cache and data from phone to insure I did it correctly.

I see that you have an iPhone. I'm an Android user and had to look up how to clear the cache for iOS. This page (<-- click link) has the instructions to clear the cache for an app on an iPhone.
You mention that your Daily Readiness is stuck at 15. When you tap on the Daily Readiness tile, it should give you a summary breakdown for the metrics the algorithm uses to determine your readiness score. Does it show that you have metrics that are out of your personal range?

I have a versa 2. Daily readiness stopped working about 30 days ago. It says 15 yet the three parameters are either usual or good

Best AnswerMine just randomly started working.
Best AnswerIt was nice while it lasted. 3 days now without a readiness score, and the detailed sleep insights are also gone. I now only get a generic "Awake, Restless, Asleep" but no breakdown of the sleep phases.
