Develop better faces for the Charge 5

Currently the Charge 5 has 23 clock faces to select from, however all of them lack one key layout and function and none show all the information ( Date, Time, Zone, Heart, Steps, Distance and Calories ) on the screen without requiring you to tap the to browse all the stats.

The closest clock face which does is the "Shashed" face but strangely it was designed to cut off a portion of the clock digits which is really irritating.  

I had the Charge 4 before and it had a face which showed all the information I needed on the screen at the same time.

Is there any chance there are more faces going to be made available?

I know from reading some of the other conversations on this board that the Charge range isn't support with Fitbit Studio and the SDK. However I could easily create a layout for my needs if it was. The argument that this is a fitness tracker and not a smart watch doesn't make sense if all I would like to do is have a custom clock face and not develop an app on the watch.

I see where your disappointment is coming from. The best place to make your voice heard is our Feature Suggestion board, those are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on Fitbit plans.

Just going to second the request for more clock faces. I followed the link to the feature suggestion board and posted there, but I have to say it again here--

I am so disappointed in the Charge 5 clock faces (I purchased it today) that I am considering returning the device.

Need a clock face that is plain and simple, text lined up in lines, readable by people born in the last century.

@KateFitbit i would really like a clock face that just says something like 10:19am and the number of steps. I have got health conditions and all these faces make my eyes hurt let alone confuse my brain haha. Thank you!

Yes, horrible. As a design professional, I find all of their designs very graphically gimmicky and week. I need a stat heavy one as well, there was nothing wrong with the charge three that I had before.

suggest you hire a graphic design consultant to revamp these unfortunate design solutions.

I would like a clock face with a big heart rate reading for when I'm running and seeing the watch is difficult.

It's always great to have more clock face options to choose from. If you haven't done so already, please consider voting for these ideas posted in the forums: 

• More clock faces for the Charge 5.  
• Charge 5 Customize clock faces colors.
• Fitbit studio for Charge 5 to create clock faces. 
• Add clean and easy to read clock faces for Charge 5. 

Regarding the option to have a clock face with a big heart rate reading, I would recommend that you post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible.
