ECG Report Charge 5

Installed latest update, performed 2 ECG tests, got the feedback on the Charge 5, but on App it says I have yet to do a ECG.

also burnt through 20% battery in 8 hrs since downloading update

I called Fitbit and they had me restart the device and then it appeared in the app.  My battery dropped from 100 to 40 in one day

Hi, thank you for sharing your inquiry about the ECG feature, @Flykev

 

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've tried the restart procedure, as @Sschriever mentioned earlier.  You can find the steps to complete this procedure here

 

In addition, if you're still not seeing any information in the app, please try the following steps: 

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Clear Cache and Cookies for the Fitbit app on the phone's settings. 
  3. Restart your phone. 
  4. Log back in and check if you're able to set it up. 

@Sschriever Regarding the problem you mentioned with the battery. Let me know if you've followed the steps provided in this article, as they have been useful for other users as well.
