I bought a Fitbit only because of the ability to measure ECG. I reported not being able to use this feature over a month ago. You didn't repair it, you didn't provide the address of the service center to which I can send the device for repair. Unfortunately, it didn't fix itself. According to European Union law, if the defect in the device is not removed within a month, you must get a new one or get your money back. You didn't even attempt to repair it, which is gross negligence.

I live in Poland. At first there was no problem with measurement, then something stopped working. The so-called customer support asked me to reset the device and perform some other actions. Unfortunately, nothing helps. That's where the "support" ended. I get emails like:
"We know how important it is for you to maximize the service that you've paid for. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences and negative experiences you've had with your device.
It's not in our interest to build faulty products, those are built to last and we stand behind them at all times. We're constantly striving to improve Fitbit products and services, and we appreciate all of the input we receive from our customers.
Thanks for being a Fitbit customer during this time, remember we will always have our doors open to our customers if you decide to come back!"
I understand that they have accepted defeat, they have accepted that I cannot use the device even though it is still under warranty, but they have an open door if I want to return.
This is not support within the meaning of European standards.

I have had problems with performing a 30-second ECG measurement. Sometimes the measurement does not start, and when it does, it turns off after a few seconds. There is information that I should place my fingers on the side of the device casing. I have already tried dry, moist and creamed fingers. Nothing helps.
