Any updates on this supposedly currently being released firmware that will fix the battery issues? Going on 3 weeks of my new device not working and my patience is running out.

Hey Fitbit, when is this update going to be available to fix the battery issues with the Charge5? Three weeks of my device (only 2 months old) is not ok.
