Fitbit Charge 5 clock faces feedback

1. The digital time format on almost all of the clock faces - you shouldn't have to have to interpret a digital time - it's not intuitive.

2. The stats - there is maybe one clockface that will show you more than one health stat at a time. The rest you have to tap through all of the stats to find the one you were looking for - and they are small.

3. The design of most of them is - just not visually appealing or proportionate.

4. They aren't customizable at all - most of these problems wouldn't be problems if you could customize which stats you want to see and where, the time format, and pick colors.

Fitbit - please do something about these issues. I had a Fitbit Inspire 2 and it actually had good displays and a Tile integration. I "upgraded" to a Fitbit Charge 5 and it doesn't feel like much of an upgrade at all. The only thing that's better is a more intuitive menu on the device.

Fitbit was a mistake for me. I can only bare

having one of the clock faces and it is awful. 

I don't know why companies make these products,

ask you to take surveys and then do Nothing! They could have done a whole lot more with the faces.

They should at least give you an option to design one of your own! Fitbit is a FAIL for me. I would suggest that it would be a waste to buy the

Fitbit - Charge 5, the faces to choose from are very dull, just awful!

Agreed. Simply awful. Cartoonish. Just want plan simple, elegant clock face ie “analogue” watch with Roman numerals for 12, 6 … had good one with charge 4

I agree! Other models have good clock faces, so why can’t Charge 5 have better ones?? They are just awful. Very disappointed!

I agree! I can’t stand the display screen. I’m returning the Charge 5 and going back to Charge 4!

Thank you for sharing your feedback about the clock faces on the Charge 5. 

Some new clock faces have been included in the last year, but as you mentioned earlier, it'd be great to have more options to choose from. If you haven't done so already, please consider voting for these ideas posted in the forums: 

• More clock faces for the Charge 5.  
• Charge 5 Customize clock faces colors.
• Fitbit studio for Charge 5 to create clock faces. 
• Add clean and easy to read clock faces for Charge 5. 
• More analogue clock faces for Charge 5. 

If you also have a specific idea for a clock faces, I would recommend that you post this idea in the Product Feedback board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible.

I agree... I am stuck with slashed face for 1.5 year. Even it is not easy on eyes.

I would like stat heavy non jazzy faces.

All i have are non aligned unprofessional watch faces.

It feels charge 5 is highly marketed but ignored product.
