Yes, a few people have had the same problem unfortunately.
One thing that might help is rebooting from the charger. Put it on to charge then press the button at the USB end of the charger 3 times. Some people say to leave a couple of seconds between each press and others say to do it quickly.
Try both ways and see which works for you
I really, really hope that works for you!
If you changed your clock face just before this happened, there may be a connection and it may be worth changing it again.
