Fitbit app not showing heart graph or time in zones

 Hi. My Fitbit charge 5 is not showing the heart graph when I track exercises. It also does not show my average heart rate or time spent in zones. I’ve tried logging out and logging in as well as resetting my watch but had no luck. I’ve attached screenshots below. Thanks!

Same here, no graphs, no breakdown of HR zones, no map and worse of all it crashes every time I open any exercise history. Since the upgrade to the new app it has been a disaster.

Sorry to see you're not seeing the heart rate graphs & breakdown for the HR zone.

By any chance are you iOS users? I've seen other iOS users report that they don't get the graphs or HR zone breakdowns for their completed workouts.

I believe this issue has been reported to the Fitbit team. Hopefully, the fix will come soon in an app update.
