Fitbit charge 5 not syncing with withings scale - unlinking does not work either

Dear Fitbit support,

I no longer receive my scale’s measurements in fitbit, yet I can see them on the healthmate app. I’ve tried unlinking and linking my withings scale with fitbit on several occasions over several days. Last data that fitbit can find is dating back 10/08.

Could you please help me with resolving this problem.

This is exactly what I’ve been looking at and trying for the last couple of weeks, unfortunately it doesn’t resolve the issue.
