My screen stopped working a week ago.
The watch keeps recording the information and I can see it through the app on my smartphone.
I tried to reboot with the charging cable. The fitbit logo appears and then nothing happens.
I tried changing the watch face, the Fitbit logo appears, then nothing happens.
I tried to update, the Fitbit logo appears and the update bar starts to fill up, and then nothing happens and it doesn't update. On my phone there is a text message that the update did not work.
Not even 1 year of use...
Hope the someone can help with this issue
Best AnswerIf your device is less than a year old, it should still be under warranty. Contact customer support and jump through their hoops to get a replacement.
