How do I activate my free six month Premium trial for my Charge 5 without using iTunes? Can’t stand iTunes!

Thank you for sharing your inquiry about Fitbit Premium.
To activate your Premium trial, you can visit the Premium page in your web browser, instead of doing it via iTunes:
Keep in mind that if the Fitbit device you purchased indicates that it includes a trial to Fitbit Premium, but you are currently a Fitbit Premium member, then you must cancel your Premium subscription in order to be able to activate the trial. About 1-3 days after your canceled subscription expires, you’ll see an offer in the Fitbit app to begin the trial.

I found the trial on the website but it’s only a 3 month trial, not a 6 month trial. The website trial also costs more at the end of the trial period than what came with my Charge 5. Anyway to get the 6 month one through the website?

Ok I understand, so in order to activate the 6 month Premium subscription that comes with the Charge 5, it will be necessary to do it through the phone app. Unfortunately it's not possible to get started with the 6 month option through the Fitbit store.
However, if you'd like to see this option in in the future, please post your idea in our Feature Suggestion board, those are reviewed by our team for possible updates and to keep track of popularity and demand over time.
