Well there goes my Charge 5 after 2yrs. No display. Charged to 100% on Thu but dead now and no display, even after the 3 click reset. Can feel it vibrate but not syncing.
Goodbye Fitbit. Was my 3rd one, but over to Apple I go. Sad.
Got onto Fitbit - they have asked me to return the device and will send me a replacement - really happy with that! Quite surprised actually, but good for Fitbit. One happy customer - I love my Charge 5.
Hey, i had the same issue with my Fitbit. It just stopped working. If you talk to customer service abt it, they can assist you, and may be able to provide a free replacement, as it is an error on their end.
