I bought a Charge 5 on release and in exploring the features I kept seeing talk about the "Health Metrics" tile for viewing additional stats. I understand you need Premium to view historical data, but from my understanding the tile should still be there so I can see these stats from the past 7 days.
I do not have the Health Metrics tile in my app at all. I have tried all the obvious suggestions including:
I still do not have access to the Health Metrics tile and am interested in adding this to my dashboard. Please let me know how I can get access to this tile. Thank you!

I have the same problem - I have logged the issue numerous times over the past few weeks. Additionally the ECG also does not work for me.
The only answer I am given (via email and the chat help) is that I should be patient and wait for firmware updates to follow. This is very frustrating and no dates are communicated.

I had a chat with Fitbit servicedesk today (about 30 min), and they told me this.:
"Know that we’re aware of the issue at hand regarding the missing health metrics tile on the Fitbit app dashboard and we are currently working to identify a resolution for it as soon as possible.
The health metric tile is available for all countries where Fitbit devices like the Charge 5 are used. Furthermore, know that due to my limited access on your account, I am unable to add this tile on your Fitbit app on either your computer or mobile device.
As mentioned earlier as well, we’re aware of this issue regarding the missing health metrics tile on the Fitbit app dashboard and we are currently working to identify a resolution for it as soon as possible."
If you can find your location in this list: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/health-metrics.
You should in theory be able to get the Health metric tile when they have solved the problem, and they confirm that there Is no need for Premium Subscription for the basic version.
