Woke up - synced but health metrics, sleep duration, readiness score missing.

One hour later - nonsensical oxygen saturation score appeared (81).

Three hours later - oxygen saturation had changed & appears closer to normal

Five hours later - resting heart rate appeared.

Still missing - BR, HRV, Skin temp, sleep duration & readingness score.

Premium user. App & firmware up to date. Deleted cache, deleted app, iPhone switched on/off, restarted device (lost art of activity log).

Is this a larger issue? Is Fitbit aware?

I did notice sych sluggishness post update but the limited sync only started a few days ago.

However, the last support suggestion, “Clear User Data” (something I do before :recycling_symbol: Fitbits) worked.

This morning my Fitbit synched everything.

I’ve been a Fitbit since the early days and I still believe in the product even if it doesn’t always cooperate. .

Hi, @Labelbda welcome, when you wake up I recommend you sync your Fitbit app manually (Slide your finger down the Today screen in the app & release) Do it twice, I find this provokes populating the displays. Some of the data needs to be processed on the Fitbit servers & returned before you see it.

I hope this helps, let us know how you get on.

Cheers

Hi @Gr4ndp4

I actually sych as you have suggested but it doesn’t seem to be a synching issue since some of the missing info have appeared then changed or simply appeared as the day wears on.
I think it might be the Fitbit/Google servers that I’m exchanging data with on the west coast of Canada.

Contacted Fitbit who also had me unpair and then pair the device again which did not help but was advised that any data from last night was probably gone.

I’ve been given a support ticket and been advised to reach out to support if the problem reoccurs tonight.

Second day, same issue. Fitbit had me do a factory reset. Done. Now it’s wait for a third day to see if this reoccurs.

Something similar happened to me after the update, no metrics were being recorded or synced. Fitbit offered me a discount on a new device (but not the new models) after everything else failed. There's no way I'm buying another device that will be rendered useless after an update.
