The Fitbit has skipped recording the actual BPM for one day although has recorded the rate graph for that date

Hello & welcome @jmog 

Sorry to see that you're missing your BPM data for Wednesday. The good news is that your Charge 5 did track your heart rate on that day and that data has been uploaded to your account in the Fitbit data cloud. However, I'm not sure why there wasn't a calculation for your BPM.

BTW, in your screenshot, I noticed that there's no data prior to Tuesday, including the previous week. Is your Charge 5 new?
