Historical data not available

A few days ago my Charge 5 stopped showing historical step count data. It shows current but when you click today’s steps to go to daily/weekly/yearly steps, the section that typically shows the data is just grey blocks. I’ve logged out of Fitbit and force stopped. No change

Same issue. As usual Fitbit app has problems and take ages to be fixed.

Will submit.
Historical data not showing up for Steps, Distance, and Energy Burned (calories). Other metrics are working.
