Please give us some more information about the issue you're having.

Is it that you're not seeing the hourly activity on your Charge 5? You don't see the hourly activity tile in the Fitbit app?

There was no suggested troubleshooting or fix since the issue resolved on its own for the OP.

Where are you not seeing your hourly activity - on your Charge 5 or in the Fitbit app?

Hi everybody! It's great to see you in the Community! 

We've lately noticed some issues related with the Fitbit app not showing data. Page seems to be endlessly loading instead. In order to better understand the issue you are experiencing and to sort it in consequence please share a screenshot of what you are seeing. Thank you for your time in this process.

Here’s what I see and don’t see. If I touch the miles or other icons to see
the weekly or other history, there’s…nothing!

My Fitbit is fine. Checking stats on my iPhone is the problem.

Let me inform you this issue has already been escalated. Our team is currently aware of the situation and they are working to find a resolution as soon as possible.

Some users have been able to resolve this issue by uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit app. I would encourage you to do so as it may worth trying. I appreciate your time in this process.
