Please give us some more information about the issue you're having.
Is it that you're not seeing the hourly activity on your Charge 5? You don't see the hourly activity tile in the Fitbit app?

There was no suggested troubleshooting or fix since the issue resolved on its own for the OP.
Where are you not seeing your hourly activity - on your Charge 5 or in the Fitbit app?

We've lately noticed some issues related with the Fitbit app not showing data. Page seems to be endlessly loading instead. Let me inform you this issue has already been escalated. Our team is currently aware of the situation and they are working to find a resolution as soon as possible.
Some users have been able to resolve this issue by uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit app. I would encourage you to do so as it may worth trying. I appreciate your time in this process.
The hourly activity is still not working on both my and my husbands app. When will this be resolved?

Please try uninstalling, then re-installing the Fitbit app on your mobile device. This has fixed the missing hourly activity for many users.
