I changed the clock face on my Fitbit Charge 5, to see if I would like it. This was a few days before the new app was released, and now am unable to switch back. I prefer the previous clock face and want to switch back. Please provide instructions on how to change to clock face.

Welcome to the community forums, @udojaquet.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, as well as your efforts on this. As you noticed, there is a new design for the Fitbit app and I'd recommend checking this post which describes more about the new changes and where to find certain features.
Regarding your question, you can chance the clock face by doing the following:
- Open the Fitbit app and tap Device at the upper left corner.
- Tap on your Charge 5 image.
- Tap Gallery and under Clocks tab select the one you prefer.
- Then, tap Install and wait a few seconds until the changes are applied.

Submitted content: Thank you for your note, moderator.
With your instructions, I was able to change the clock face back to the one I like best.
But this revamp of the amp was still completely unnecessary because it was just about prefect before. I understand that Fitbit/Google needs to pay the coders/developers, but more often that not this type of change just breaks thing that were working before.
I implore you to at least make an option available to revert back to the classic app version.

No other clock faces show that could be selected. Only the current one is displayed.

Hi there, @boborta.
Thanks for joining this thread. Just to clarify, do you mean that only one clock face works correctly? Or do you mean you're unable to change the clock face?
If you haven't done so, make sure to have the Fitbit app updated and your Charge 5 syncing correctly. Then, give a try to the steps suggested above and try changing the clock face one more time.
