Anyone has experienced how to stop the notification to add card in Charge 5? I don’t intend to activate card in Charge 5 wallet, and it becomes annoying this notification prompts each time we sync the device.

This response is now 10 months old, with no solution. What's going on there?

Just buy the 6. 5 is dead

I did but it’s too big for me to sleep with. I tried a few others, sucks but the charge is perfect size. All I care about is hr and sleep though.

Obviously they didn’t care to correct this bug. After 10 years loving Fitbit, I bought an Apple Watch. I didn’t trust Fitbit to stand by their products any more, so I was reluctant to buy a new Fitbit.

True. But what if the 6 also ends up with this problem, or another issue that they don’t attend to?

My guess is the 6 will have a similar issue around the time the 7 comes out.

I've gone through 5 Charges in 5 years. 3 Charge 3s and 2 Charge 5s. 2 were replacements Fitbit sent me. Every time I had issues it was due to foftware updates that were never fixed. I'm fed up with them. They should just go to a prescription program and replace your fitbit with every software update or new unit. That's how it works in practice anyway, but it would be more honest and open.

It won't be my problem. I did well without Fitbit. The numbers just confirmed I was on the right track. I found with Fitbit I was just chasing numbers. I'll go back to old school analog tracking of my exercise and save the hassle of tech problems.

Wondering about the status of this notification issue. I also experience this and no one seems to be able to help. Most annoyingly all fitbit customer service was able to provide is a discount for a new purchase... But not buying another if this programming issue isn't rectified. The notification pops up constantly!
