When I scan sainsburys steak fitbit says it M&S pancakes??

Thanks for the information provided in regards to scanning using your Charge 5.

Can you give us more details about that? Like the app you are using and the model of your cellphone and system version. Also, have you tried scanning the same code using a different device/app?

You can also try a restart in your device before trying once again.

I am using the fitbit app. The food diary, I was trying to scan my meals.
Most were correct. I have reset my phone . Will try again and let you know
