Just wanted to share my experience with customer support

My Fitbit Charge 5 out of nowhere bricked itself. I was in a meeting and I tried to look at the time and all I could see was the Fitbit logo. I tried to drain the battery and charge it but it was bricked.

I called customer support, they asked me to do a few things, and then sent me a replacement unit. Pretty positive experience though I was expecting to get a band but only got the device itself.
