My Fitbit Charge 5 is dead and I mean really unresponsive

My Charge 5 suddenly became totally unresponsive today. The screen is black and I can’t even do a forced restart (pressing the button in the charger cable 3 times - pausing 1 sec in between). I feel the buzz from the charger cable when I do it but the Fitbit is still totally dead. Just to make sure you aren’t suggesting it is the charger cable, the same cable is working just fine on my wife’s Charge 5

I have same problem respnse only I have 5 dots and center one is lite.
