I was thrilled to be getting a free Fitbit from my insurance company as I am on disability with limited income. Unfortunately after only a month the ECG and charging are not working. It will charge but drains after a few hours. I've researched and tried everything to no avail.

GOODBYE FITBIT. Big sigh of relief believe me! Tried to start new thread but impossible.

First purchased FB in 2014. All my early exercise stuff - lost. Emails (when that was possible!) to FitBit ignored. Devices falling off wrist due to very poor (understatement) strap attachment design. Permanent Screen blackout on new device. Fitbit haggled (+++) about an exchange (I’m a 9 year customer remember). I bought another C5 (OK, I’m crazy). Strap (new leather) fell off! But I found device - ? unfortunately!!

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, FITBIT. Gettit? Goodbye, I’m going to a company which cares. GOODBYE and good riddance! Sorry but I’m really very discontent and unhappy.
