NEW GRAPH STINKS!!!
I hate the new sleep graph!!!
bring back the old one!!!
I guess it is time to look at other “trackers”… even tho I have been a strong supporter of Fitbit for YEARS….
i will search to find one that I like !!!
@MAGP, are you someone with direct communication to the app designers? It seems this community is just complaining to itself. They need to revert to the previous colorful sophisticated graphs immediately, not keep these blocky middle school quality ones. If they don’t, I (and apparently many others here) will be switching to Apple or other trackers. I will never buy a Google Pixel.
i have a subscription and they just downgraded the quality of the service; but, charging the same. Is that even legal?
Mine finally updated! It does look very different, but does have the same data. It seems easier to check weekly and monthly data. I pretty much only check sleep stats and health info. Changes don't bother me. At least they match my wife's Luxe now.
Best AnswerAgree, latest app update is horrible. If this is what Google ownership is bringing to the table we are screwed. I’ll give it a chance to correct the damage but after that dropping premium membership. Who in their right mind looked at this and thought it was a good idea??? Duhhhh!!!
I didn't realize people actually paid for Premium. I got the free for 6 months, but didn't see anything worth paying for. Maybe premium graphics are what got worse?
My husband and I have more than fitbits for five or six years and we really like them. This new graph for sleep stinks. If something isn't broke why fix it. Some people think this new graph is easy to read. We don't have to think so
I agree 100%
It is awful. After loving (and recommending) Fitbit for 15 year, this is the very first time I am ready of to switch. Its difficult to see and very confusing. Whoever desiged it reall screwed up. Also the update process totally drained my battery and I had to reboot several times to get it back. I had no warning an update was coming.
My question too - is anyone at Google reading this? Or is this just a batch session. If Google thinks we will just adjust and accept the change, they are wrong.
Curious why everyone thinks it's so bad? Seems to have the same data (actually a bit more).
Best AnswerI have the same complaint, but I do see the edit button. You still have to delete one of the sleep times, but when I try to do that, it does not work, and therefore, the edit button is useless!
