Plugged into charger. Keeps scrolling “download the Fitbit mobile app” and an arrow. Does that mean on my iPhone? It’s already downloaded for my old Fitbit, but can’t pair it with this one until it’s charged. Doesn’t appear to be charging. Have restarted it with the button push on the flat end of the charger but it just resumes the scrolling. Help. What am I missing?
