No SpO2 data on my Health Metrics

Hi everyone!

Any idea, why I do not have Blood oxygenation?
Everything is up to date.

Have you had readings for it before?  You need at least 3 hours of sleep for it to measure and it can be a bit temperamental.  I don't get a number every single night for some reason.  It can also take some time to show up in the mornings.  It's often the last to appear after you thought it wasn't coming.  

 

As the App is listed on your Charge 5, you should be able to get it.  Hopefully it will turn up soon.

 

If not, it's always worth Restarting your Charge 5.  That can often fix problems.  Scroll down from the Clock Face to Settings, tap. Scroll up to Restart Device.  Then follow the instructions.  It's really quick and might help.

I have even worth issue. Charge 5, firmware version 57.20001.149.1, Android app version is 3.52.

I don't have SpO2 as well as skin temperature and breathing rate. 

It's my new charge 5 so I cannot say if it was there before. Tested it for 2 nights now.

 

Also it doesn't show SpO2 data on the bend display.

Have you tried clearing your cache on your Android phone?  I've heard that can help...

Skin temperature needs 3 nights of sleep before it starts giving numbers, so you should probably give it another night before you worry.

 

What do you see on your Health Metrics page?  Can you post a screenshot?  Do you have a Health Metrics page?

 

I just checked and the Health Metrics is not available in every country.  If you click on this link and scroll down to the end of the page, it has a list of countries where it's available.  It might be a good idea to check if your country is listed.

Hello, thanks for your answer.

 

Yes, I do have this page. First night it contained Heart rate variability and Resting heart rate, maybe also Breathing rate, I'm not sure.

Today it contains only Resting heart rate. 

Yes, I cleared app data and even reinstalled it. 

Sorry I didn't manage posring screenshots given this https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-Community-Basics/How-To-Add-An-Image-To-Your-Post/m-p/1002857 guidelines. Just don't have steps they mention.

Oh dear @Koreiba 

 

Other things to try are Restarting your phone and Restarting your Charge 5.  If they don't help to bring it back, I'm not sure what the problem might be.  Maybe someone else will have a good idea... If not, contacting Support for advice might be a good idea.

 

Are you trying to upload a screenshot from your computer or phone?  On a computer, you need to tap on the Camera Icon at the right, next to the smiley face.  I'm not sure what the Icon is on an Android (on an iPhone, it's a Photograph Icon).

I'm not getting it either, but there may be a reason for it - I have not started my free trial of Premium yet just so I can see what it will be like without it. Do you have premium?

 

Have had a look to see if you got a score on the tracker itself (5 swipes up from the clock face)? Mine does show a reading. Maybe this is all you get without premium. Not a big loss imo as I don't think any watch is accurate for this which is why it will only give an average and won't let you take a spot reading (as I say, my opinion only).

I don’t have Premium but I get SpO2.  It is a single figure that is only measured during sleep.  I don’t get a number every single night.  The number shown on your watch seems to be it.  

 

People with Premium can see the stats for it for 30 days whereas everyone else can see it for 7 in the App.

That’s really strange.  I’m guessing you’ve restarted your phone and Charge 5, disconnected and reconnected in Bluetooth etc.  

 

The only other thing I can think of right now is, are you in a different country at the moment?  I saw someone earlier couldn’t use their ECG although it was installed because they were in a country that hasn’t approved it yet.

By the way!!! I don’t have ECG. 

WTH is going on? I payed money for the product and didn’t get what was promised. 
What do you mean by a different country? I travel around a lot. Fitbit, give me my apps I had payed bloody money for!!!!!! 
Or give me bloody haking money back with my interest. I am very tired of this games.

Got one of these for Xmas and have been wearing it ever since, including while sleeping.

 

Sp02% has never worked in the health metrics screen.  I can access it on the device by scrolling down from the main screen.


All latest firmware updates installed and the app is on iOS.  I activated my premium trial today but this isn’t a prerequisite AFAICT.
