No connection to the food database on Charge 5

My fitbit-app has no connection to the food database since yesterday. I'm not able to scan a barcode. Is this a temporarily problem?

@sebcarp-71 Thanks for letting me know your situation with the food database in your Charge 5, I understand how you feel, I'll do my best to help you.

Can you confirm what's the Fitbit App version you have on your device, please? If needed you'll have to update it.
