- On my Charge 5 ECG app was not working.
- While it was in sync, i was able to uninstall it.
- After that I had restarted my Charge 5, did a force sync and tried to install the app.
- Now it is not getting installed. When I try to install with all permissions, the slider just moves left and right and after sometime again install button appears.
- Even I have tried to reset Fitbit (both soft and complete device reset itself).
- can any of you please help me this ASAP

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they were able to provide you with some instructions. Let me know if you were finally able to install the ECG app.
