Notifications

I have a Charge 5 which has stopped vibrating when messages or calls ect come through.

I have reset the watch, logged out and uninstalled and reinstalled the app, also gone through all the notification settings on the app, watch and phone but it is still not working.

Please advise what else I can do??

Hello @Badmintonfreak 

Have you checked that DND Mode and Sleep Modes are off?  Sometimes they can get switched on by mistake and stop notifications showing.

Those are the only other things I can think of.

I hope you can fix it.

Yes i have checked that they are both switched off but thank you for the suggestion as didn't think of checking them until last night.

Am on vgar with Fitbit help now so hopefully get it resolved
