PanzerGlass™ | Screen Protector

I purchased a PanzerGlass™ | Screen Protector for my brand new Charge 5 and put it on right away before wearing. I believe the fitbit and the protector were both clean and dry with no dust. I found the screen protector on the floor 24 hours later not realizing even that it had come off since it is not noticible once applied. Has any one else had trouble with these staying on? Should I replace or is it not really needed? I'm reluctant to try again. I'm assuming it cant be cleaned and reattached at this point. Thanks

Thank you for your help. I did talk to Fitbit helpdesk and they gave me the information to contact PanzerGlass directly. I sent an email and am waiting for their response. Thanks again!

I heard from PanzerGlass and they said since it was purchased at fitbit.com, Fitbit would be responsible for refund or replacement. Earlier on first ask, Fitbit told me that PanzerGlass would be responsible. I guess I'll have to talk to Fitbit again.

Has anyone else purchased the PanzerGlass screen protector? If so, did it stay attached?
