I had this issue a month ago when I was sent a coupon code by Fitbit for a discount on a Fitbit Sense.
What I found was that the advert blocker I was using in my browser was stopping the Coupon code area from appearing on the webpage I think because the advert blocker thought that box was an advert. Once I turned off my advert blocker and started the ordering process from scratch that coupon box was visible so I could add the code.

My understanding is that you would need to place two orders because the promo code is not valid on the Charge 5 watch. Perhaps try entering just the band first and see if you can add the promo code in the cart summary.

@SilviaFitbit through the phone. I still do not get an option to renter a promo code. Even when telling the phone to display the desktop version.
Now since fitbit does not support a desktop and many users no longer even have a desktop, this should not be the case.

@Rich_Laue Totally. Thanks for the screenshot. While I was navigating the store, it gave me the option to log into my account and this is where the option to enter the promo code appeared.
