Replacement charge 5 doesn’t access all clock faces

After recently receiving a replacement Charge 5, I no longer have access to all the watch faces (juxtaposed, bifrost, brisk and glimpse). I had access to these on my previous Charge 5 which was in use until about 10 days ago. The replacement Charge 5 is 3 days old.  I tried everything mentioned in other posts to no avail. Any suggestions or was the access to these faces rescinded? Thanks

Hello @DocFaro and welcome to the Community.  Your replacement has the firmware from when it was manufactured.  The Charge 5 got additional clock faces with a firmware update.  I suspect you will get those clock faces as you get the firmware updates you need.

Thanks for your reply. As I mentioned, I have tried a number things recommended on the the internet to no avail - it seems that this firmware update is something that I have to wait to happen on its own...am I correct in my thinking?

Hello @DocFaro 

You are correct that there's nothing that you can do to force the Charge 5 firmware update to appear.
