Reset loop, can’t turn on or sync

Hi, my Charge 5 suddenly went dead yesterday and now won’t charge properly and won’t turn on. It’s alternating between the white cross in red circle, fit bit logo, charge screen and occasionally the clock face shows up. I’ve tried everything I can find online, 3 presses on the button in the charging cable but nothing seems to help. Im not sure what to do next?
