I’ve just updated from a Charge 4 to 5, the band is showing my hr, the dashboard is showing hr, but when I click on the hr (from my phone)  the screen shows my average hr as “—“. I’ve adjusted settings, unpaired and repaired, turned Bluetooth off and back in again and nothing has helped. Any ideas please?

Thank you for sharing that you've been having this inconvenience with your heart rate information and the troubleshooting steps that you already tried. 

 

If you're still having trouble with the app not showing you the average heart rate, please try the following:

 

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache and Cookies for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings 
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see your information properly.  

In addition, please make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version available and let me know if you're also having trouble to sync any other information from your device.
