So, I’m returning the Charge 5 I just got yesterday. I’m not signing up to be a beta tester troubleshooter for Fitbit. I wanted to go back to my charge 3 but now I can’t set it up again as the screen has been black for a long time. And setup requires that 4 digits? How can I get around this?

Hi @Nan98037 there is no workaround for your problem of the black screen. The Charge 5 has just had an update this afternoon. Why not do that first before returning it? You might decide to keep it.

Well, I can’t use my Charge 3 now. It’s kind of useless. The black screen on the Charge : their way of selling new trackers? I really find Fitbit business conduct revolting. I got a good deal on this Charge 5 it was an impulse. But I might be stuck with it. I dread the years of troubleshooting ahead of me. This IS my last Fitbit. Researching other better hopefully.
