SP02% not updating. Stays at whatever it measures until next morning. Doesn’t reset at midnight.

I’m over the charge 5 SPO2% Feature. It doesn’t reset at midnight. It updates itself anytime. It scares me by going from 95% at night to 81% the next day at random time. Really strange. Have had nothing but trouble since receiving it at Christmas 2021. My husband has one too. He’s not impressed either. Waste of money. Definitely a software problem that Fitbit doesn’t seem to care about.
