Why did Fitbit change their sleep tracking screen? I absolutely HATE this new arrangement. The sleep tracking feature was the main reason I wore a Fitbit. The screen went from being very user friendly and attractive to a bunch of ugly lines! Being able to tap on a particular aspect of my sleep which would then change into an enlarged and more elaborate display is no longer possible! Why would Fitbit take a feature that was great and RUIN it?? I no longer have a reason to want to wear a Fitbit.
I agreed, it's terrible the colours and can't figure it out the sleep stages. But I don't think I would want to change to a different watch brand because I like my charge 5 which is two years now (February 2022), but I'm looking to change it for charge 6 or maybe sense 2 watch.
Agree 1000%. A Giant Mistake by Google.
Hard to believe that anyone from Google is even watching/ involved. The changes look like the work of a third rate subcontractor. Really embarrassing! I have been pushing fitbit, (and Google's involvement) to Mayo Clinic cardiac group.... for a collaborotive AFIB research project. The device itself is genius!
I agree Google creators definitely broke the sleep data! I hate the new look and interface. Hard to read and it’s like the made it worse to make us pay for updates or for premium. My sleep info is worthless now and it used to be one of favorite features.
I think you nailed it!! They made it worse so we would upgrade to premium!!
I completely agree!! I pay for the premium and I expect to have things that are user friendly and easy to read. I can't even read these graphs anymore!!
Fiitbit, please put it back!!!
I have always loved my fitbits, I've had many of there products, but this new upgrade (downgrade if you ask me) is so terrible and unacceptable.
I'd love to know what people change to if they do.
I have premium and it's the same!! Unless now!! Please put the screen back so we can read and utilize it. Theses lines are useless for sleep, oxygen, etc!!!
It’s awful. It lacks clarity. Why ‘fix’ something that’s not broken. Google just anting to ‘leave their mark’ on the product. What a waste of time and effort and a disservice to their (paying) customers. I would have expcted better from them. Other bugs introduced too, such as inability to edit an exercise type.
The sleep chart is definitely not an improvement.
I'm sure It gives me more stress. I will change to another tracker. My estimated oxygen is always in low range but readings are between 96 and 98 usually. My sleep study was normal.
Hello @dtb347
The Fitbit team is aware of the issue with the Benchmark graph not properly displaying for some users. They have submitted the issue for escalation. Hopefully, it won't take too long before the fix is implemented.
