Why did Fitbit change their sleep tracking screen? I absolutely HATE this new arrangement. The sleep tracking feature was the main reason I wore a Fitbit. The screen went from being very user friendly and attractive to a bunch of ugly lines! Being able to tap on a particular aspect of my sleep which would then change into an enlarged and more elaborate display is no longer possible! Why would Fitbit take a feature that was great and RUIN it?? I no longer have a reason to want to wear a Fitbit.
I totally agree with everyone here. The changes on sleep and oxygen tracking are the worst. Why you would change something that is working so well is beyond me. Time to look for another tracker that is NOT Fitbit or Google! If you change it back I will return!
I contacted fitbit support ( twice) and both times they told me there is an error which will be fixed at the next upgrade, which last time I contacted them they said would be May. It’s still the same awful display. Do you know if it is intentional or some sort of error. If intentional I won’t be getting another fitbit that’s for sure
Why waste money on premium? I wouldn’t pay them any extra.
Also surely it’s a lie that the new display is an “error”. Somebody designed it, approved it and it was implemented. They are lying when they say that - incredibly frustrating to be stuck with this garbage . Ask them again by all means as it’s June now . The fact that you can’t get a truthful reply from them tells you everything you need to know about this company. They destroyed my charge 5 with the upgrade they did last year and I couldn’t charge it. As it was still within the first year I got a replacement. First they sent me the wrong one twice. They kept saying within an hour of me realising the wrong one was being sent ,”it’s dispatched now so we can’t do anything”. They are not that efficient!!! So twice I received an incorrect product had to return it & then they acknowledge that -took 10 days each time. They finally admitted they didn’t have the right one. I was sick of dealing with them - emails wouldn’t get a response and every time I rang they did more nonsensical things. It took 10 weeks to get my replacement. What an idiotic move - creating an update to destroy devices- no doubt another “error”. As I said am sick and tired of this garbage and the way they run the company.
They told me the same and I am still waiting!! I was able to downgrade to a previouse version so I have the old graphs back which makes me very happy. I have had it for about 6 weeks now...lets see how long it takes before it gets fixed.
