Sleep issue Charge 5

I just purchased a Charge 5 and everything seems to be working ok. I can see my sleep score and stages on the App but the Sleep screen on the actual watch does not show anything. Any thoughts?

Thank you for sharing that you've having this inconvenience with your Charge 5 device. 

If you haven't done so already, please make sure to complete the 3 pulse restart procedure. If you continue to experience the same problem, please try these additional steps that have been useful for other users:  

  1. Please sync your device in the Fitbit app. 
  2. If you  can't sync:
    • Remove the device in the Fitbit app.
    • Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
    • Set up the device again.
  3. If you're still not seeing your sleep data on the device, please try changing the clock face as well, as this has been useful for other users with similar problems.
