Best AnswerA lot of us have had this in the last couple weeks. It has to be a firmware update as so many had this at the same time.
I was offered 35% off a new Fitbit after working for a half hour with phone help, who really just walked me through the same steps I did myself online already that didn't work.
Twice now I've gotten mine to work again for about a day by draining the battery down. Once by putting in the freezer for 24 hours and the second time by just leaving it unplugged for a week. Both times it just randomly failed again within a day or so with the stuck screen logo.
Mine was only 15 months old. I am not buying another Fitbit as it seems they are taking no responsibility for bricking them.
