Sync to my iphone 13 pro tonight and my steps and other work out data deleted off my Fitbit reducing all activity to zero and reducing my step count to whatever was on my phone…
how do i recover my Fitbit data ?

Thanks for sharing this information about the issue you've been experiencing with your Charge 5.
This is an ongoing issue that other iOS users have been experiencing for the past few weeks where they're not able to see their data on the app. Please note that Fitbit iOS 3.71 App has been released to all users and it should resolve the "No Measurements" issue. Please note that after updating the app some users have reported they need to force quit the Fitbit app and reboot their phone.
