Synced Fitbit to App, but data synced is different?

Not sure if the issue is part of the firmware update? No issues for the past few weeks, would sync first time. Until yesterday. Tried to sync as I was getting into bed. I’ll use zone minutes for the example. Charge 5 shows 109 minutes, (11000+ steps, 2800+ calories). Sync fails, again and again. Charge 5 battery drops from 93% to 65%. Bluetooth off/on/off back on again, still won’t sync, have to restart the Charge 5. Finally sync happens after an hour. Or does it? (Now in iPhone app) Steps are updated, calories burnt updated, (to start with) zone minutes = 44. Re-sync again - no change. Click on zone minutes to get the breakdown, and 109 minutes shown, back to from page, 44 minutes. Now though, iPhone app shows 2400 calories burnt? I’ve unburnt 400+ calories? So now steps agree between charge 5, zone minutes and calories are completely different numbers. Now I go back into the zone minutes analysis on the iphone, was 109, now it’s back to 44? I have screenshots showing the individual activities = 109, so it deleted some of the data after the sync?. So now we’re the following day, yesterdays numbers still wrong, and todays readiness report is wrong, and will take days to average out. I know the zone minutes, the readiness score and the calories numbers are wrong. So what happened? And can I actually trust any numbers Fitbit show me anymore?

I'm having a similar issue. I have restarted my device, phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, etc. My daily activity tracker does not sync correctly, period. My HR is also having reading consistently. And the app is syncing and then losing data. Pretty frustrated at this point.
