Welcome to the Community forums, @Trucks3611.
Thank you for all the details about the inconvenience you're experiencing with your Charge 5.
The time and date should be automatically updated once you sync with the Fitbit app in your phone. Before considering other options, please make sure your phone meets the requirements listed here. Your Charge 5 may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or if it has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're using to sync your data. If you haven't done so already, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:
Sync your Charge 5 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now. If the issue persists, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
In addition, please complete a three pulse restart and let me know if you continue to experience the same problem afterwards:
Hope this helps, I'll be around.

Doesn’t help. It won’t sync the proper time and date even though it’s “synced”.

Please help. I have followed everything on this list and my mom's new Charge 5 still shows the time three hours behind. The time on her phone was correct and it is synching because everything else is showing up. I've looked through to see if it has the time zone feature because it's almost like that is wrong, but everything I'm reading says it should sink to the phone time (her phone is a Pixel 4).
*sync.

Hi, it's good to see you visiting the community for the first time, @Morebs @Five2TheFace.
If you already tried all the steps mentioned earlier and your time zone settings are correct, please try removing the Charge 5 from your account and then set it up again as a new device in your account.
