Hello @Willygrafton

You might want to double check the time settings on your Fitbit app,. Here are instructions if you would like them:

  • From the Today page, tap on your picture/icon in the upper left to open the Account page
  • Swipe up and tap on App settings
  • Confirm Automatic time zone & Automatic location are selected
  • Tap on Clock Display Time to switch from 12 to 24 hour display

From posts I've read, sometimes one has to unselect & sync, then reselect & sync for the changes to take place.

Hi @Willygrafton time and date are both determined by the device you use to sync. You may need to have auto time zone set and sync more often.
