Hi @Ozzie123 the time comes from the device you use to sync. If the time is wrong, try syncing a few times. Be sure you have it set to automatic time zone, too.

Open the Fitbit app on your phone (or tablet) and click on your profile picture to get to Settings
Tap on App Setting to open the page
Look to see if Automatic Time Zone is turned on. If not, tap the dot to turn it on. This should synch your device to show the same time as the network you use, which I believe should be the same network as your phone (or tablet)
