@MadHatter1964 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and screenshots. 

After opening the Fitbit App tap on the devices icon (upper left corner, opposite from your profile picture the one with the red dot in the first picture) > Charge 5 > Notifications. 
There you can choose the notifications to turn off.
