Unable to Select the Health Metrics Tile

The Health Metrics tile displays, but nothing happens when I select it.

  • Charge 5 / Android
  • I have premium membership
  • US market
  • SPO2 does show up on the Charge 5 device itself, but can't access any of the other health metrics readings on phone.
  • I've had the device for a number of months and wear consistently.
  • I've tried all variations on restarts, logouts, software updates, etc.

First, make sure your Fitbit app is using the latest version in the Google Play store, and update if necessary. Next:

  • Delete the Metrics tile from the app dashboard
  • Force quit the Fitbit app
  • Go to your Android settings, and go to Apps
  • In the Fitbit app settings, go to storage and clear the Fitbit cache
  • Re-launch the Fitbit app
  • Add the Metrics tile back to the dashboard, and check the metrics tile

If this doesn't help, please let us know what Android version your phone is running, and the version of your Fitbit app.
