How do I find out the status of my returned Charge 5 for warranty replacement?

here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.

Not really. I got on their Chat Live option & and after 30+ minutes, they told me they forwarded my case to the Shipping Department. They also said I would get an an email from them in a few hours. 2 days later I received it, only to ask for name/address/ phone # etc, which was included with the device when I shipped it  (wrapped around it with a rubber band)

It would be much easier & Customer Friendly if I could track it by Case # from my Login Acct. Just another reason to love my Garmin even more.
