Using Charge 5 with Charge 3 on Same App

I have a Charge 3 to wear when I’m working outside or in the shop.  Just bought a Charge 5 to wear other times.  Cannot get FitBit App to recognize BOTH at the same timer!!!  Why??!

Although Fitbit supports having multiple trackers connected to an account, there are some restrictions, the main one being:

 

"Note that you can't connect multiple devices that use the Fitbit Gallery to one account. For Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Charge 5, Fitbit Ionic, Fitbit Inspire series, Fitbit Luxe, Fitbit Sense, and Fitbit Versa series, only connect one of these devices to your account at a time."

I'm afraid there's no way round this problem.
